I have known Heidi in a professional capacity since 2000; first as a resident of Spring Valley Heights Association receiving monthly HOA bills, then as a member and VP of our Association’s Board of Directors, and now as CFO since 2006 when Heidi began reporting to me directly.

Heidi is very competent in all aspects of bookkeeping for our Association. She prepares all of our monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations, plus monthly billings to all property owners. She prepares, for payment, all of the checks for the monthly expenditures on a weekly basis. She provides all information pertinent to the sale of properties within the development as needed. And, she provides all of the year-end financial information to our outside accounting firm for preparation of the annual Financial Statements and tax returns.

Heidi does all of this very efficiently, in a timely fashion, and with impeccable accuracy. In addition, she is pleasant to work with and is always responsive to my requests for information.

It should be noted that although Heidi was initially located in Jose, CA, near to our Association, she moved to Wyoming several years ago. Because of her value to the organization, we elected to retain her services in spite of the move. Thanks to Heidi’s diligence, the transition was seamless.
